Anne Arundel Watermen's Holiday Crab Basket Christmas Tree

Don’t miss out on the 5th annual Holiday Basket Tree in Deale MD. The tree will be assembled after Thanksgiving and remain up until after the new year. The baskets are to be painted upside down with no attachments. The proceeds from this community event help fund the Watermen’s Association annual scholarship, the Deale Merchants Association, and other association projects that help local watermen.

The tree will be lit on December 6, 2026, and will remain up until after the New Year. The ceremony will be highlighted by entertainment by local dance studio, a visit from Santa on the Deale fire truck and a golf cart parade from the Deale Elks Lodge on the night of the lighting.
